Evening Prayer: I will be away on the 9th of October to cantor as well as assist for the celebration of the new ministry for Fr. Matthew Kemp at St. John’s in Centralia, IL. In that vein, Dave Lattan will be leading evening prayer instead of our usually weekday Mass.
Synod: I and other members of this parish will be away at synod which will be held from the 18th-19th of October in Effingham, IL.
Bishop’s Committee Meeting: This months Bishop Committee meeting will be meeting on the 20th of October, the 22nd Sunday After Pentecost in the Fellowship Hall after coffee hour.
D.O.K: The Daughters of the King will have its monthly meeting on the 24th of October at 4:30pm.
St. James: The Feast of the St. James will be observed on Wednesday the 23rd with Matins at 9:00am, Evensong at 4:30pm, and Mass at 5:30pm.
St. Simon and St. Jude: The Feast of St. Simon and St. Jude will be observed on Monday the 28th with Matins at 9:00am, Evensong at 5:00pm, and Mass at 6:00pm.
Pastoral Visits: Pastoral visits can be made with me for this month of October by appointment.
Private Confession: Private confession can be made with me for this month of October by appointment.
